Playtech Launches Grand Royale for Their High Rollers
Playtech Plc., one of the largest gambling software providers in the world, has decided to enhance their live casino product called Grand Royale. With the addition of a new feature for their high rollers that emulates a VIP service at a land- based casino. The new product that was launched by Playtech Live has aptly been named Grand Royale. The service promises to deliver an experience that is much like one that their customers can experience in a luxury land- based location from the comforts of their own homes.
Grand Royale Casino product
Grand Royale is a new concept for the vertical looking to offer high- value players what it describes as a VIP experience.
According to the company, this launch only marks the first in a series of similar products that Playtech Live has lined up. The supplier is looking to roll out a range of new live dealer concepts in the near future. All of the products have been designed to provide their high roller customers with the online equivalent of a private booth at a land- based casino.
Moreover, Grand Royal features a range of new studio design elements. Firstly, this includes the supplier's Grand Blackjack offering. Playtech Live has also introduced a number of new table games at the launch, including the likes of the Mini Prestige Roulette game. The Roulette product offers their players “a more engaging and richer player experience.”
High Rollers Casino Games
The launch of the product has proven profitable for the company so far. The Playtech Live casino feature, which was initially rolled out to the public, earlier this year at the end of February, has seen interest in their table games pick up. They claim that the product has brought about an uplift of more than 30 per cent across the new tables.
Shimon Akad, the Chief Operating Officer at Playtech Plc., mentioned that this initial roll out marks the beginning of the next era of Playtech products.
He said, “This first deployment represents the beginning of Playtech's new, next generation studio proposition, and complements our new, market- leading UI, that began rolling out during the fourth quarter of last year with HTML5 Roulette and other games.”
Akad also added that each of the elements of the new product have been designed with the customer in mind. It seeks to serve the players that are looking for something more.
He said, “Each of the upcoming experiences, including Grand Royale, has been hand engineered to fit the needs of the customers using it, and contain unique elements that are specially designed to maximise the impact value we get from the customer and diversify the existing network.”
He also acknowledged the Live team for all the hard work behind the new environments and experiences that they have created within the product.
He added, “The Live team has worked tremendously hard on the new studio and the many new environments, rooms and experiences that will soon be launched.”
He concluded by saying that the Grand Royale product offers some unique live casino features that no other provider on the market can match at this time. He also highlighted that this would greatly benefit their partners and operators.
Akad said, “Grand Royale is the first of many and truly stands out as a best- in- class live casino product that I'm confident operators will significantly benefit from and players will love to play.”
